As we all understand education is the only tool of progress of an individual and in turn that of a Nation. In addition it is the only possession of an individual that nobody can steel and it always comes to the rescue of the individual at the time of adversity. It is therefore utmost important that all of us accord it top priority and have a pragmatic approach towards ensuring that we impart purposeful education to the budding generation. To impart a lasting impression we must ensure that we incorporate latest development in science and technology for effective learning. We can do this if we first understand the teaching learning process, the barriers of communication, the psychology of learners’ teachers and parents. The children rebel idea of being confined to schools and monitored at every stage, they seek independence. Every child is an individual and has his own assets / limitations so needs to be treated differently. Parents have their own latent unfulfilled ambitions which they want to achieve through their children. Parents associate the achievements of their children as their own. Teachers have the constraint of finishing a particular portion in a stipulated time and in addition are overburdened with other administrative responsibilities.
